A full home bar drawn for a large reception room — solid pine throughout, with LED strip lighting around the bottle shelves, an integrated glass cupboard for stems, slide-out spirit drawers either side, a fitted bay for a wine fridge, a red-wine rack and a deep drawer for an ice machine. The back-bar mirror was transfer-printed with the family name; this one became "Bertie's Bar".

Inside the bar
Close-up of the personalised back-bar mirror reading 'Bertie's Bar · Est. 2025' with bottles ranged below.
Personalised mirror. The back-bar mirror takes a transfer of whatever name suits — family, pub-style, an in-joke. Lit from below by an LED strip on the bottle shelf.
Slide-out spirit drawer pulled open, with bottles standing on a wire rack and an LED glow behind.
Slide-out spirit drawers. A drawer either side of the central bay, each on full-extension runners with a wire rack inside. Bottles stay upright and visible without crowding the back bar.
Deep drawer pulled open showing a fitted ice machine with hopper, beside an integrated drinks fridge.
Ice-machine drawer. A deep drawer sized to swallow a benchtop ice machine, sat alongside the fitted bay for a wine fridge and the red-wine rack on the right.
Open lower cupboard stocked with mixers, beers and tonics, with the glassware shelves above.
Mixers cupboard. A roomy cupboard for cans, mixers and tonics — three shelves so you can keep things sorted, rather than rifling for the right bottle mid-round.
Common questions

Things people often ask.

Can you build one to fit my room?

Yes — every bar is sized to its space. We measure on site, draw a plan together, then build to that. The footprint, height, drawer count and lighting can all shift to suit the room and how you use it.

How long does it take?

Typically 12–14 weeks from sign-off. Drawing usually takes a fortnight; the build is the bulk of it; fit on site is half a day to a full day.

What does the mirror transfer cost?

Included. Tell us the wording and any logo or motif (a family pet works well); we get it transfer-printed onto the back-bar mirror before fitting. Lettering style is up to you.

Does it come with the appliances?

No — we leave that to you so you can choose a wine fridge and ice machine that suit your taste and budget. We size the bays to standard models and give you a recommended list of options that fit cleanly.

How does the LED lighting work?

A warm-white LED strip runs around the bottle shelf and the glass cupboard, wired into a single switch you can place where you want it. Dimmable on request.

Is it a single piece or built in sections?

Sections. The base, back bar and glass cupboard come as separate units that join on site — easier to get through doorways and up stairs, and easier to lift out if you ever move house.

How do we look after it?

An annual re-oil keeps the pine fed; we send a tin of the same oil along with the bar. Wipe spills promptly so they don't soak into the worktop. The mirror cleans like any other.
